  1. Proof of Identity:
    • Provide proof of your identity (e.g., a copy of your driver’s license and social security card) within five (5) days of the effective date of this agreement via mail, fax, or email.
  1. Waiting Period for Refund Request:
    • Allow Credit Saint thirty (30) days from the date you request a refund to review your credit bureaus and audit your account to verify the absence of negative items.
  1. Refund Request Window:
    • Refund audits must be requested between days 91 and 120 from the receipt of your first payment, which activates your account. Choosing to continue in the program beyond 120 days waives the right to request a refund.
